GOFAM PLAZA SL is a Spanish company founded by two Italian business partners who decided to move their know-how in Spain. The core business of the company is the production and the selling, both directly and through suppliers, of top-notch pizza bases. They are totally handmade by highily qualified personnel using 100% genuine excellent Italian products without adding any preservatives.

The pizza base is a handmade leavened dough, with the Italian traditional round shape which comes into different sizes, with or without tomato and which is precooked in a stone oven. Subsequently, the pizza base can be easily garnished according to taste, baked and have it ready within few minutes also by non qualified personnel... Our products are available as follows: fresh (last 4/5 days in the fridge), in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP - last approximately 45 days in the fridge) or frozen (last up to 6 months in the freezer).
